HSS circular saw blade coated with a 2.5 µm thickness Titanium/Carbon plasma which gives to it the high hardness of 3.000 Vickers (HV 0.05).
The friction coefficient (0.22) is very low, thanks mainly to the strong presence of Carbon; this characteristic makes it very suited for applications where the materials to be cut are very rough, such as inox or medium-alloyed steel with hardnesses up to 800 N/mm².
The low friction coefficient drastically reduces the formation of the built-up edge and of bondings on the sidewalls of the blade.
This coating needs high lubrication and cooling during the cutting operation, having an oxidation temperature of 400°.
Solid Carbide Material | Material grade HRC45 | Multi layer nitride coating for performance and durability | Designed specifically for Aluminium and Pastics | Compatible with all CNC machining centers (Window & Door) | Extremely competative pricing
Standard HSS CO2 steam oxide treated blades with 2 microns penetration, suitable for cutting normal steel. The oxide surface treatment eliminates the tension during cutting, improves the cooling, and reduces friction.
World leading performance guaranteed | Universal use on standard band saw machines (without carbide package) | High quality surface finish | Trapezoidal tooth geometry | Optimized sectional chip division | Low vibration and smooth running
IRON LADY HSS circular saw blade reaches a new technical high, allowing you to work with high strength and stainless steels achieving higher cutting performance, even under poor lubrication conditions.
